Every Child Deserves a Future
Today, LGBTIQ+ children and youth face stigma and discrimination in education and healthcare systems, negatively impacting their self-confidence, mental well-being, and personal development.
The HEARTS Project firmly believes that the human rights of LGBTIQ+ children and youth are fundamental and must be protected. We advocate for their voices and rights on national and international platforms, including the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) and related mechanisms. The project also promotes awareness to make schools and communities safe spaces for LGBTIQ+ children and youth, where they can live authentically without fear or discrimination.
